Description
Meeran Inc. is seeking a Female Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s evolving needs. The ideal candidate will follow company guidelines and assist with onboarding, contracts, payment arrangements, and other tasks as required.
This position requires proficiency in recruitment software, data analysis, and a strong understanding of labor laws to ensure compliance and ethical hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute recruitment activities effectively to meet hiring goals.
Source and attract talent by building relationships with candidates and ensuring smooth communication.
Assist with onboarding processes, contracts, and payment management for new employees and contractors.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and ethical recruitment practices.
Negotiate offers to secure top candidates while meeting company goals.
Support e-commerce operations, as necessary, with a basic understanding of relevant processes.
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Collaborate closely with other departments to align hiring with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Laptop with a reliable internet connection.
Microsoft Teams (Teams for Home) installed and active on your computer (essential).
Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
Ability to manage multiple open positions while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce processes is an asset.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) NOT PIDGIN
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
